PAs Karla Rugamas and Ana Ruiz-Peña are committed to helping uninsured patients and underserved communities in the San Fernando Valley. So they created the Vida Mobile Clinic, which is donation-funded and volunteer run, and has so far provided more than 100 primary care visits.
