Fellow Membership Options

Yes, you can upgrade your membership from Professional or Plus to either Plus or Premium at any time. You will be charged the full difference in member rates. Your upgraded benefits will begin immediately and run through the end of your current membership term.

Alternatively, you can choose to renew your membership during your renewal period and select a different membership option – in which case your new benefits would start at the end of your current membership term and run for one year.

The cost to upgrade is the price difference between your current membership and your new selected one. For instance, upgrading from Professional to Plus costs $200. Since the benefits included in Plus and Premium are of such high value, the upgrade cost is the full difference in cost, even if you don’t have a full year at that membership tier. Upgrading now would give you Plus or Premium membership immediately through the end of your current membership term.

Should you want immediate access to a Plus membership resource (i.e. before the end of your current membership term), you could pay $200 to upgrade from Professional, and your membership term would be the same. You’d then have access to all the Plus resources through the end of your term.

If you can wait for this resource until the end of your current term, you can renew as a Plus member and pay $495 for a full year of Plus membership.

If you wish to attend AAPA Conference or access Conference on Demand before your term expires, upgrade to Premium now. If you wish to attend conference or access Conference on Demand during your next membership cycle, renew as a Premium member at the end of your current term and enjoy a full year of the Premium benefits.

Plus membership includes Musculoskeletal Galaxy on Demand, Adult Hospital Medicine Boot Camp on Demand, Leadership on Demand, Family Medicine on Demand, PAOS on Demand, Fluoroscopy Test Preparatory Course. Please note that AAPA Conference on Demand is only included in Premium membership. To access the CME included in your Plus membership, you must register the CME to your Learning Central account by clicking the “REGISTER” button. Once you’ve registered, the course will show up in “MY COURSES” in Learning Central for easy future access.

Premium membership includes all of the specialty high-value CME on Demand from the Plus membership and AAPA Conference on Demand. To access the CME included in your Premium membership, you must register the CME to your Learning Central account by clicking the “REGISTER” button. Once you’ve registered, the course will show up in “MY COURSES” in Learning Central for easy future access.

Your Premium membership includes AAPA Conference registration for the national conference occurring during your active/current Premium membership term.

You can access all the CME on Demand products included in your membership option throughout your membership term.

On Demand products are the recorded sessions from the in-person events. Registration to events (Musculoskeletal Galaxy, Family Medicine, etc.) are sold separately and are not included in your membership. You do receive a discount on registration as a member.

To access the CME included in your Plus/Premium membership, you must register the CME to your Learning Central account. Click on any of the included CME products and click “LEARN MORE & REGISTER” to begin accessing CME from that series. Once you’ve registered a course to your account, it will show up in “MY COURSES” in Learning Central for easy future access. You’ll be able to register any included CME throughout the duration of your Plus/Premium membership term.
