PA Week is almost here (October 6–12) — and we want you to be part of the celebration! Whether you’re a PA or a PA student, this is your moment to shine and show the world how physician associates go beyond!
[Visit paweek.com to learn how you can participate in PA Week!]
Here are some ways you can celebrate with us and help raise awareness:
Everything you need, all in one place
Visit the PA Week Resources page for ready-to-share social graphics, customizable posts, and eye-catching cover images designed to help you celebrate across your social channels.
Check out the PA Week Resources page for all resources.
You’ll also find a downloadable guide for requesting a PA Week proclamation, an op-ed toolkit, and one-pagers to help spread awareness of the PA profession in your community.
Invest in the next generation of PAs
This year, every gift to the Physician Associate Foundation during PA Week will support student scholarships, helping future PAs pursue their educational goals.
This PA Week, we’re asking every PA to give just $5. Make your gift today!
Five dollars may be a small gift on its own. But when the PA community comes together, those $5 gifts add up to impactful scholarship support for the next generation of PA students.
Share a PA who goes beyond!
Last year, the PAs Go Beyond campaign released a new and exciting interactive feature: the Nationwide PA Impact Map. Hundreds of dots represent stories submitted by PAs, patients, colleagues, and family and friends — all showcasing PAs and PA students who go beyond for their communities and the profession. Know a PA who goes beyond? Add them to the map!
Celebrate with PA Week stickers
Order from a selection of PAs Go Beyond-themed stickers to hand out at events, tuck into welcome packets, or share with students and colleagues throughout the week. Stickers are an easy, low-cost way to spark conversations about the profession and keep the PAs Go Beyond message visible well after PA Week ends. Order yours today!
Spark curiosity and expand horizons through Project Access
Through the lived experiences of practicing PAs, Project Access connects with K–12 and college students to illuminate the path to becoming a PA, what a career as a PA looks like, and inspire the next generation. PA Week is the perfect opportunity to visit your local school and spark students’ interest in the profession.
Interested PAs can find toolkits and presenter resources on AAPA’s website.
Don’t forget to follow AAPA on social to see how PAs are celebrating across the country! Use hashtags #PAweek and #PAsGoBeyond to join the conversation.
