Delegate Credentialing
Delegates are required to complete the AAPA Conflict of Interest and Disclosure form at the start of each leadership year or before beginning service in the House of Delegates (HOD). The Credentialing Committee, with support from governance staff, reviews these forms to identify and address any potential conflicts of interest. At the beginning of the HOD meeting, each Delegate is required to check-in with the Credentialing Committee to verify their COI compliance, voting eligibility, and receive their delegate badge.
Disclosure & Conflict of Interest
The COI form must be completed regardless of whether you completed a form already this leadership year or holding another leadership position with AAPA. This new form will save your information from year to year. Please make sure to review the Policies and Procedures as well as the COI Instructions carefully.
