How to Opt-In
To opt-in to receive text messages from an AAPA text messaging program(s), please follow the instructions provided by the specific brand from which you wish to receive messages.
How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from a specific AAPA text messaging program, text STOP to the five-digit short code for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive messages (i.e., the five-digit number from which its text messages are being sent). You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program. This will only opt you out of the specific text messaging program associated with that five-digit short code. You will remain opted in to other AAPA text messaging programs. If you want to opt out of all AAPA text messaging programs, you can use the instructions in each opt-out confirmation message to reply and opt out of all AAPA text messaging.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “HELP”, AAPA will respond with instructions on how to use the service as well as how to unsubscribe.

You may notify AAPA of a number change by submitting an email to [email protected], or log in to your AAPA account.
