Annual PA Compensation Continues Rising, Increases 5.8%
Physician associate/physician assistant (PA) base compensation, without bonuses, continued to rise in 2023, increasing 5.8% from $120,000 in 2022 to $127,000 in 2023. The findings were released in the 2024 American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) Digital Salary Report.

Annual Membership Meeting Archives
In accordance with its bylaws, AAPA holds an annual membership meeting that all AAPA members are invited to attend. Meetings typically include reports from the AAPA President, Speaker of the House of Delegates, and other leaders, as well as a Q&A session.
