Annual PA Compensation Continues Rising, Increases 5.8%

Physician associate/physician assistant (PA) base compensation, without bonuses, continued to rise in 2023, increasing 5.8% from $120,000 in 2022 to $127,000 in 2023. The findings were released in the 2024 American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) Digital Salary Report.
