In accordance with its bylaws, AAPA holds an annual meeting of its members, usually at the AAPA Conference. This year, the 2020 AAPA Annual Members Meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday, December 16 at 8:00 p.m. EST. All AAPA members are welcome to attend this free event!

Registration will be open from Monday, November 30 to Monday, December 14. If you are not a member, please join AAPA to register for this event.

The annual meeting will include updates from the AAPA President, Speaker of the House of Delegates (HOD), and Secretary-Treasurer. Members will hear a mid-term update reflective of the past six months, a Summary of Actions from the 2020 HOD meeting and a preview of 2021. Members will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A with AAPA’s leadership following the reports.

While attendance is free, AAPA members must register to attend the virtual Annual Members Meeting. Registration will be open from Monday, November 30 to Monday, December 14 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

On Tuesday, December 15, all registrants will receive an email with login instructions for the meeting. When you register, you will be able to watch all presentations in real time and take part in a live Q&A session.
