The Value of Early Cancer Detection

In the first video of this series, PA Sarah Enslin explains why early cancer detection is so critical to successful treatment and outcomes. But while established screening guidelines have significantly reduced cancer deaths, they currently catch only about 1 in 7 cancers overall.

PA Enslin explains the potential role of multi-cancer early detection (MCED) testing, a complement to existing screening protocols that can screen for more than 50 cancer types at once, often before symptoms appear. She outlines who may be an appropriate candidate based on age, personal and family history, and other risk factors.
