Come experience our highly rated two-day clinical skills and procedure workshop. Our fast-paced, high yield, and hands-on format will expose you to EKG interpretation and cardiac disorders, current management of common pulmonary diseases, extensive radiology interpretation, and lethal skin conditions you should never miss!
Our procedure workshop includes suturing, punch biopsy, fishhook removal, needle decompression, chest tube insertion, knee and shoulder injection and aspiration, splinting, intraosseous line insertion, central line placement, and lumbar punctures.
Team-led and taught by our humorous and engaging physicians and advanced practice providers, this is a truly unrivaled experience for any type of provider to apply in any practice setting. This program also offers our 1-Day Advanced and Difficult Airway course on Thursday! This course can be taken by itself, or added to our 2-day event to make a 3-day workshop from Thursday through Saturday.
The PPE Airway Course course is a full day event that uses the latest airway technology. Taught in a small group format by expert instructors practicing anesthesia and emergency medicine, the Advanced and Difficult Airway Course includes a review of basic concepts of airway management, airway assessment, medication selection, advanced airway management, airway equipment, identification of the difficult airway, and more. Individualized training includes simulation with standard laryngoscopy, video laryngoscopy, and airway algorithm application.
