The 38th Annual Charter Oak Conference. For many years, the COC has established itself as a leading CME conference for PAs, attracting attendees from across the country. Join us for a 3 day CME event including immersive learning and networking set in the historic town of Mystic, CT. The conference will feature over 30 CME credits available through a blend of live and pre-recorded sessions, as well as hands-on workshops.
