On-Site Registration

Pick up your registration badge and other materials onsite during the following times at the Colorado Convention Center, Street Level, 14^th Street Lobby.

• Friday, May 16 | 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Saturday, May 17 | 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Sunday, May 18 | 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Monday, May 19 | 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Tuesday, May 20 | 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

There will also be satellite badge pick-up kiosks available at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center and the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel:

• Friday, May 16 | 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Saturday, May 17 | 6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Shuttles

We will be offering shuttle transportation to and from certain hotels during the conference dates. Check out the shuttle schedule for more details. To track your next shuttle pickup in real time, access the shuttle tracker.

Shuttles will run to and from various official hotels for PA Night Out on Monday, May 19.

Lost & Found

Lost & Found will be located in the Colorado Convention Center, Street Level, Rocky Mountain Room (AAPA Show Management HQ), and will be open throughout the conference dates.

Coat and Luggage Storage

Coat and luggage check will be offered during the conference on Friday, May 16 and Tuesday, May 20.

AAPA App & Online Planner

The AAPA 2025 My Conference Planner is available online now for you to start building your schedule of sessions. You must be registered to login. The AAPA app will be available to download in May 2025. Through the AAPA app attendees will be able to access the AAPA 2025 event.

Attire

Conference attire is business casual. Dressing in layers is recommended since the temperature in meeting rooms can vary.
