Info you need to know

  • Membership must be current through May 31, 2026, to qualify for member registration rates. Should your membership expire prior to May 31, 2026, and you choose not to renew your membership, AAPA Customer Care will contact you for the payment for the difference between member and nonmember registration rates.
  • Discount for staying in an AAPA hotel must be for a 2-night minimum stay and reservation must be made through AAPA site. Discount only available for full conference registration. It does not apply to Single Day registration rates. Discount is only available until the AAPA hotel block closes on Friday, May 1, 2026.
  • *Registration does not include CME.
  • +Registration does not include a ticket to PA Night Out. Tickets are available for purchase during registration.
  • ** As of 10/1/25, Fellow Premium Membership level no longer includes complimentary registration to AAPA 2026.  For those with Fellow Premium membership purchased prior to 10/1/25 with an active membership ending 5/31/26 or beyond, registration to AAPA 2026 is included at $0 as long as a hotel room is booked in the AAPA block for a 2-night minimum stay.

Scholarships for PA Student and Pre-PA Members

Conference attendees are given the opportunity to donate funds to support PA students and Pre-PAs who otherwise might not be able to pay for their conference registration fee.  If you believe you are eligible for these funds, submit an application below. See guidelines/restrictions here.

PA Program Student Registration Discount

AAPA offers a 10% discount on group registrations of 25+ students from the same PA program.

Restrictions apply:

  • All students must be from the same PA program.
  • All students must also book a hotel room at the time of registration.
  • All students must be paid for as a group with one form of payment.
  • All students must be registered on the same date via the same list.
  • All students must be current AAPA members at time of registration.
  • No student on the list may be already registered. No refunds will be given.
  • This promotion and discount may not be used in combination with any other promotion or discount.
