Cardio Kickboxing

The ultimate ab-defining cardio challenge combines traditional kickboxing moves with high intensity interval training set to heart-pounding music. Join the party for an unbelievable calorie burn.

PiYo® Live

Sunday, May 22
6 – 6:45 a.m.

Make a power move. Experience a PiYo® Live class! Unleash your power with yoga and Pilates inspired moves. It is nonstop movement set to current music. You will sweat, stretch, and strengthen — all in one class! It is low impact, high intensity. There are no weights or special equipment, just your own body weight.

PA Boot Camp

Monday, May 23
6 – 6:45 a.m.

This is a total-body strength and conditioning group fitness class with a little bit of cardio thrown in for fun. There are no weights or special equipment, just your own body weight. Modifications will be shown for all fitness levels.

Yoga

6 – 6:45 a.m.

It’s the last day of the conference, so let’s leave on a positive and mindful note! Never done yoga before? That’s okay! This class is open to anyone.
