How else can I contribute to CME at Conference?

If you are interested in contributing to the content of the conference, you can submit a presentation idea during the Call for Presentations and/or you can volunteer to be a grader and review the submitted presentation ideas to help determine the content for the next conference. You can email one of the contacts listed in the booth or Drop a Business Card to have an exhibitor representative contact you at a later date. You can also use the networking tool to connect with exhibitors.

Where is the AAPA Membership booth this year?

On Tuesday and Wednesday nights, you’ll get points for your engagement in the Hall for a chance to win one of 5 $200 gift cards each days!

And last, but certainly not least, be sure to visit the Exhibit Hall to earn extra engagement points for your Exhibit Hall Badge for a chance to win a second Peloton Exercise Bike for the person at the top of the AAPA 2021 Leaderboard.

Are there Product Theaters this year?

Yes! There are at least 14 45-60-minute Product Theaters this year where you can learn about the latest in products and technologies. Similar to the in-person conference experience, AAPA will provide meals (via GrubHub meal certificates) to attendees of Product Theaters where sponsoring companies permit. (Note: You’ll need to watch the entire presentation to guarantee your meal.)

Plus, participating in Product Theaters will earn you the Product Theater Master Leaderboard badge so you can climb your way to the top!

When and how will I receive a grubhub gift card for attending a Product Theater?

The GrubHub voucher is triggered by an attendee completing a Product Theater Session (if the sponsoring company permits). There is nothing for the attendee to complete or do once they have viewed the session. The attendee will receive an electronic $20 credit for GrubHub, to their registration email, where they can do a brief login and search for restaurants in their area. Only the first 300 viewers will receive the GrubHub voucher. The voucher will be emailed within 24 hours of watching the Product Theater.
