The call opens in May 2021 for the 2022 conference. 2022 grader sign up will be available in June 2021. Deadline for conference submissions and grader applications for AAPA 2022 will close July 31, 2021.

Exhibits, Sponsorships, & Product Theaters
Yes! There is an Exhibit Hall in the virtual platform. Make new connections and learn about the latest products and services, pharmaceutical advances, software systems, employers, and research developments. In the Exhibit Hall, you’ll find everything you need to care for your patients and help move your practice forward. Plus, head to your CO’s booth and catch up with your colleagues.
The Exhibit Hall is open every day of the conference, including during your sneak peek on May 21 and 22. However, each day there will be dedicated hours when you can reach the representatives you most want to talk to! Dedicated hours are (ET):
Exhibit Hall Opening
Sunday, May 23: 6 – 7 p.m.
Exhibitor Meet & Greets
Monday, May 24: 5 – 6 p.m.
Tuesday, May 25: 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.
Wednesday, May 26: 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
There are several ways you can interact with exhibitors this year. When you enter an exhibit booth, most exhibitors will have a chat function. Here you can ask questions and see questions that have already been asked. You can click on the Schedule a Meeting button and choose a date and time to chat face-to-face with an exhibitor. You can email one of the contacts listed in the booth or Drop a Business Card to have an exhibitor representative contact you at a later date. You can also use the networking tool to connect with exhibitors.
AAPA Membership is part of the PA Resources section of the Exhibit Hall. Visit AAPA Membership, the PA Political Action Committee, AAPA Research, PA Foundation, PA JobSource, and TECHBar.
The Exhibit Hall will open with a scavenger hunt on Sunday evening at 6 p.m. EDT, and the first attendee to complete the most challenges by 7 p.m. EDT will win a Peloton Exercise Bike! The second through the tenth attendees to complete the most challenges will win Apple AirPods.
On Tuesday and Wednesday nights, you’ll get points for your engagement in the Hall for a chance to win one of 5 $200 gift cards each days!
And last, but certainly not least, be sure to visit the Exhibit Hall to earn extra engagement points for your Exhibit Hall Badge for a chance to win a second Peloton Exercise Bike for the person at the top of the AAPA 2021 Leaderboard.
Yes! There are at least 14 45-60-minute Product Theaters this year where you can learn about the latest in products and technologies. Similar to the in-person conference experience, AAPA will provide meals (via GrubHub meal certificates) to attendees of Product Theaters where sponsoring companies permit. (Note: You’ll need to watch the entire presentation to guarantee your meal.)
Plus, participating in Product Theaters will earn you the Product Theater Master Leaderboard badge so you can climb your way to the top!
The GrubHub voucher is triggered by an attendee completing a Product Theater Session (if the sponsoring company permits). There is nothing for the attendee to complete or do once they have viewed the session. The attendee will receive an electronic $20 credit for GrubHub, to their registration email, where they can do a brief login and search for restaurants in their area. Only the first 300 viewers will receive the GrubHub voucher. The voucher will be emailed within 24 hours of watching the Product Theater. Please note not all Product Theaters participate in this program. Please check session details for more information.
