Volunteer Project Kynd Kits – For PA Students and Pre-PAs

3 – 4 p.m.

Price: $10 donation

Spend an hour with peers putting together a Kynd Kit, meaningful volunteer projects in a box. You’ll pick, design, and pack one of the following kits: Chemo Care; Dignity Bag for the Unhoused; Domestic Violence Survivor support; Disaster Relief; or Toys for Shelter Animals. The cost is a donation that will go directly back to creating more Kynd Kits.

Denver History and Ghost Tour

Price: $75

Walk along the shady tree-lined sidewalks of Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, enjoy the fresh air, and learn about Denver’s colorful, and often scandalous past. This tour is sure to convince even the most skeptical of ghost critics. Not only will you be in Denver’s most beautiful and historic neighborhood, but you will also learn about the history of the area, and the inhabitants who once lived in the haunted mansions. Although you will not go into the houses, you may still have an opportunity to experience paranormal encounters. There is no way to guarantee paranormal activity; however, on most of the tours, guests have captured anomalies, such as orbs, shadow people, and even full form apparitions.  Cost includes transportation to and from the Colorado Convention Center.

Yoga at Red Rocks

Step into one of the most famous music venues in the whole world for a 1-hour instructor-led yoga class.  Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a naturally formed, world-renowned outdoor concert and event venue located just fifteen minutes west of Denver. Transportation to and from the Colorado Convention Center is included.

High Tea at the Historical “Unsinkable” Molly Brown House

2 – 4 p.m.

Price: $75

Learn about “Unsinkable” Molly Brown’s remarkable life, her advocacy work, and her connection to the Titanic. You will experience this historic home with a 45-minute guided tour following by the high tea experience. High Tea service of scones, sandwiches, and dessert is served in third floor museum space. Get a glimpse into the early 20th century, with beautifully preserved Victorian décor. Guests are served tea in fine china, accompanied by an assortment of delicate sandwiches, pastries, and scones. Transportation to and from the Colorado Convention Center is included.

 

PA Adventure: Bear Lake Jeep Tour

1 – 5 p.m.

Price: $175

Prepare for an exhilarating adventure amidst the rugged beauty of the Rocky Mountains! This Jeep tour promises an unforgettable journey through breathtaking landscapes, winding mountain trails, and panoramic vistas that will leave you in awe of nature’s grandeur. Led by experienced guides, you’ll traverse remote terrain, discover hidden gems, and witness wildlife in their natural habitat. This tour includes transportation to and from the Colorado Convention Center.

 

PA Adventure: An Evening at the Museum

Hosted by Women in Philanthropy, PA Moms, and PAs for Women Empowerment

7 – 9 p.m.

Price: $150

Spend an evening at the Denver Art Museum. This event, which benefits the PA Foundation, is open to all conference attendees. This reception includes private access to the Northwest Coast/Alaskan Native collection, the Gio Ponti Gallery and the By Design exhibit as well as heavy appetizers, cocktails, beer, wine, soda, and water.

Mindfulness Hike in the Rockies
