Cardio Kickboxing

Saturday, May 16 | 6 – 6:45 a.m.
The ultimate ab-defining cardio challenge combines traditional kickboxing moves with high intensity interval training set to heart pounding dance music. Join the party for an unbelievable calorie burn. Higher and lower intensity options are shown to make this class accessible for all fitness levels.

 

SoulFusion

Sunday, May 17 | 6 – 6:45 a.m.
Meet your soulmate workout! SoulFusion has elements of Yoga, Pilates, and Barre. Each class is a creative blend of yoga inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and body weight and weighted strength training exercises. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment.

 

Power Yoga

Monday, May 18 | 6 – 6:45 a.m.
Tune into deep breaths and your inner strength. This vinyasa style class explores steady movement and includes some challenging balancing or strength holds. Options will be shown for the various postures to make this class appropriate for all levels. This class will end with slow, rewarding, relaxing stretches. This ancient yoga practice is good for mind, body, and soul.

 

PA Boot Camp

Tuesday, May 19 | 6 – 6:45 a.m.
This is a total body strength and conditioning group fitness class with a little bit of cardio thrown in for fun. There are no weights or special equipment, just your own body weight. Modifications will be shown for all fitness levels.
