Conference attire is business casual. Dressing in layers is recommended since the temperature in meeting rooms can vary.

Lost & Found
Lost & Found will be located in the Phoenix Convention Center, Level 2, Room 201 (AAPA Show Management HQ), and will be open throughout the conference dates.
Coat and Luggage Storage
Coat and luggage check will be offered during the conference on Friday, May 21 and Tuesday, May 25.
Nursing Rooms
The Phoenix Convention Center offers two 4ft x 8ft private Mamava nursing pods for breastfeeding guests. The nursing pods are in the atrium of the West Building and the second level of the North Building. Guests can unlock the pods by downloading the free Mamava app or by visiting the Information Desk and speaking with a Guest Experience Representative.
Downtown Phoenix Ambassadors
Look for Ambassadors in orange polos throughout the Convention Center area. They are available to provide directions, guidance, or help answer any questions you have about Phoenix!
AAPA 2027 App and Online Planner
The AAPA 2027 My Conference Planner will be available online in December 2026 for you to start building your schedule of sessions. The AAPA 2027 App will be available to download in May 2027.
