Cancellation and Refund Policy 1. Cancellation notices received at least 30 days prior to event: 75% refund of registration fee. 2. Cancellation notices received less than 30 days prior to event: 50% refund of registration fee. 3. There will be NO refunds or credits for no-shows, or for cancellation notices received during or after the event. 4. Cancellation requests must be received in writing to Mairi Ferguson at mferguson@aapa.org
