Join us for FREE fitness classes on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday mornings! You can register for these sessions at the on-site registration desk located in the 14th Street Lobby of the Colorado Convention Center. Attendees will be required to sign a waiver. All fitness classes will take place at the Hyatt Regency Denver. Please check the mobile app for room information.

 

Saturday, May 18

Fitness Class – Cardio Kickboxing

The ultimate ab-defining cardio challenge, combining traditional kickboxing moves with high intensity interval training set to heart-pounding dance music. Join the party for an unbelievable calorie burn.

 

Sunday, May 19

6 – 6:45 a.m.

Fitness Class – PiYo® Live

Make a power move. Experience a PiYo® Live class! Unleash your power with yoga- and Pilates-inspired moves. It is nonstop movement set to current music. You will sweat, stretch, and strengthen—all in one class! Low impact, high intensity. There are no weights or special equipment, just your own body weight.

 

Monday, May 20

Fitness Class – PA Boot Camp

This is a total-body strength and conditioning group fitness class with a little bit of cardio thrown in for fun. There are no weights or special equipment, just your own body weight. Modifications will be shown for all fitness levels.

 

Wednesday, May 22

6 – 6:45 a.m.

Fitness Class – Yoga

It’s the last day of the conference – let’s leave on a positive and mindful note! Never done yoga before? That’s okay! This class is open to anyone.
