The AAPA Board of Directors (BOARD) recognizes the importance of advancing the PA profession through state legislative and regulatory action, as well as the fiscal impact associated with pursuing change. The Board has allocated funding to facilitate rapid adoption of major PA practice improvements at the state/territory level.
Any funds awarded must be used to enact one or more tenets of OTP or fostering the environment to update the profession's title within the state/territory. Additional priorities will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Funding is limited to advocacy-related purposes, including but not limited to advocacy-related communications. Awardees will work with AAPA closely on their advocacy efforts.
Please submit your application by Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Applications received after the deadline may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Prior recipients of AAPA grant funds are not automatically guaranteed future grant awards.
