The term "team practice" has been a mantra for PAs around the country. As a profession, we are all well-acquainted with team theories in relation to the practice of medicine. It's the physician-PA team that constitutes the PA culture. The business world is now utilizing teams to become more effective and competitive - and it shows in their bottom lines.

Today's leaders cannot overlook the value of team building in today's competitive environment. Whether you're chair of the board of a multi-billion dollar company or president of your state PA chapter, team building is essential.

Length of Module
Reviewing the module text should take approximate 20-30 minutes. The team-building exercises that we recommend may take your team three hours during a meeting to an entire weekend of Outward Bound team-building activities.

Cost
The module is free. We recommend furthering your knowledge by reviewing a few publications and visiting other Web sites that have may have fees for workbooks, seminars, workshops, and various team-building exercises.
