Educators
Listed below are suggested links for the
ongoing development of leadership for PA Educators. LAPD chose the
topics for the drawers from a list of core competencies related
to leadership, including knowledge, skills, and abilities. Like
the tools that we use in clinical practice (knowledge, skills, and
abilities), the more we use the tools, the more proficient we become.
Your suggestions and comments are encouraged and welcomed. We hope
that you find this information useful in your leadership development.
This
drawer provides a set of tools to augment the Know
Yourself drawer and A
Guide to Core Leadership Skills drawer. This drawer
includes a list of commonly used and reliable self-assessment tests
and their internet addresses. We hope that using any (probably not
all) of these tests will help you on your journey of personal and
professional development.
