Constituent Relations Committee (CRC)
The mission of the Constituent Relations Committee (CRC) is to strengthen
AAPA through its officially recognized constituent organization - chapters,
specialty organizations, caucuses, and congress - to enhance and advance
constituent organization development, and to serve as a resource to
members and leaders.
CRC - The committee serving the AAPA constituent organizations.
The CRC, with support from AAPA's national office staff in the Constituent
Organizational Services (COS) Division, coordinates AAPA's relations
and communications with its constituent organizations. The CRC interacts
with all their development and identifies opportunities for AAPA to
provide guidance or assistance.
CRC listens to your wants, needs, and preferences and then helps provide
the necessary resources, training, and programs to enhance your constituent
organization's strengths. We help identify and find solutions to obstacles
and challenges.
Through feedback generated by AAPA's constituent organizations, CRC
has directed the development of new programs and expanded and revised
existing programs, training, and constituent organization representation.
CRC represents you and focuses on the inclusiveness of all AAPA constituent organizations. CRC has five regional representatives, a representative focusing on specialty organization issues, a representative focusing on caucus issues, and a representative from the Student Academy of AAPA (SAAAPA). In addition to keeping its finger on the pulse of the many diverse issues and concerns of PAs, CRC works with the four AAPA congresses - Federal Services Congress, Caucus Congress, Surgical Congress, and Medical Congress.
