Constituent Organization Forms
This
form is used to update the constituent organizations officers. This
should be filled out twice a year, in January and July. The information
can be updated any time there are changes in officers.
AAPA
will provide postal service addresses for selected constituents. The
addresses may be sent to the constituent organization in the form of
labels or an electronic file. These addresses are for one-time use and
may not be sold or traded to any outside parties.
AAPA
will send an e-mail blast to selected constituents using text provided
by the constituent organization. The e-mail will appear to be delivered
from the constituent organization to the recipient. Text for the e-mail
communication must be received electronically either through the on-line
form or by e-mail. A prearranged fee will be charged to the constituent
organization before the order can be processed.
This
form is for AAPA-approved constituent organizations only to submit an
announcement for their CME programs. For additional information about

is the form to be used by an organization wishing to be an AAPA-recognized

This
form is used by chapters, specialty organizations and the caucus congress
to designate their delegates and alternates for the AAPA House of Delegates.
The Strategic Business Development & Marketing Division offers a valuable consulting service to AAPA Constituent Organizations (COs) who want to enhance their membership efforts. Constitient Organizations can apply for assistance in executing a membership campaign that includes free technical advice, graphic and editorial services as well as printing and postage support.
The
process and procedures for financial assistance are individually determined
by a consensus of each region’s representatives and administered
through the AAPA liaison, the CRC regional representatives.

use by CRC regional representative to request funds from the regional
escrow account.
This
is the form to fill out to provide AAPA with information to help in
evaluating the assistance required to make the constituent organizations
stronger.
