May 16 - June 15, 2012
COURSE OVERVIEW
This course is applicable ONLY to PAs in Connecticut who must take the ARRT Fluoroscopy exam by July 1, 2012.
The AAPA/American Society of Radiologic Technologists' Fluoroscopy test-prep online course is a synchronous (group discussion) and an asynchronous (self-directed) e-learning course designed to introduce the PA who uses ionizing radiation in practice to some of the most important concepts in the use of fluoroscopy.
The course is divided into four modules. Each module will cover specific material included in the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists' Fluoroscopy Certification Exam. Post-tests following each module, as well as a comprehensive post-test following the completion of the course will further assist you in preparing for the 90-question, multiple-choice exam.
Registrants will have the benefit of communicating and learning from one another, as well as from an expert in the field of radiology/fluoroscopy through pre-scheduled webinars and community chats.
This test-prep course satisfies the required 40 hours of didactic learning necessary to take the ARRT fluoroscopy exam. This course has been approved by AAPA for 40 hours of Category 1 CME.
