Discounted fares have been negotiated with American Airlines and United
Airlines for travel to San Francisco. We have not set up any special
car contracts for this meeting, but Navigant can certainly help you
with rental car arrangements if needed. When you book your travel with

your reservations are confirmed, you will be sent a folio with your
complete air itinerary, reservation confirmation number (record locator),
and car rental information. Or you may access your complete itinerary
via the Internet at www.navigant.com
. Simply access Navigant Interactive and select On-line Itinerary
to get to Sabre Virtually There. With your last name and confirmation
number (record locator), your complete itinerary will appear. All tickets
will be issued electronically (e-ticket or ticketless), whenever possible.

Airfare
payment can be made by major credit card or debit card. Please note
that the lowest available fares require ticketing within 24 hours, so
credit card payment is recommended. Navigant will not issue airline
tickets without payment by credit card, and all fares are not guaranteed
until ticketed.
