Refund Policy |
Refund
requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked by April 21, 2006.
Refund requests postmarked before February 3, 2006, will receive a full
refund LESS a 25 percent processing fee. Refund requests postmarked
between February 4, 2006, and April 21, 2006, will receive a registration
refund LESS 50 percent. Refund requests postmarked after April 21, 2006,
will not be honored. Registration payments made via credit card will
be refunded to the original credit card and will take 4-6 weeks. Registration
payments made via check will be refunded via check to the original payee
and will take 6-8 weeks to be processed. Cancellation/refund requests
should be sent to the attention of AAPA Registrar, c/o Laser Registration,
1200 G Street NW, Suite 800 , Washington , DC 20005-3967 .
Pre-conference
registration is now closed. If you have not yet submitted your registration,
please plan to do so on-site in San Francisco. All conference pre-registrants
will receive a final reminders e-mail the week of May 15. If you need
to confirm your registration, please send an e-mail to aapa@laser-registration.com.

Pre-conference
workshop registration is now closed. On-site workshop registration will
open at noon on Friday, May 26 for AAPA fellow members. All other registration
categories (except guests and exhibit hall only) may purchase workshop
tickets two hours before the scheduled workshop start time.
