| Exhibitor Housing Information
|
ATTENTION EXHIBITORS!
Please note the following very important change to our policy for the 2006 conference!
AAPA has made special arrangements with our host hotels to offer priority availability and reduced rates for your use. In return, AAPA has agreed that our exhibitors and attendees will honor our commitment to use these hotels exclusively. To ensure that all hotel reservations are made in accordance with AAPA requirements, we've created a link from the registration Web site. Take advantage of the convenience and cost savings, and help us to take the best advantage of these excellent negotiations. Remember, only those exhibitors who book their rooms through our official site will earn priority points, which will optimize your booth location at our next conference!
Housing for exhibitors with preferred status opens January 1, 2006. Housing for the remaining exhibitors opens Feb 1, 2006. Those companies that picked up 85% or more of their room block as of April 1, 2005, will receive preferred status for housing in the 2006 show.

The American Academy of Physician Assistants, established in 1968, is the national voice for physician assistants (PAs) in all medical and surgical specialties. AAPA's Annual Physician Assistant Conference is the only national conference geared exclusively to PAs in all medical and surgical specialties. Attendance at this conference continues to increase every year. More than 7,500 PAs are expected to attend the 2006 annual conference in San Francisco. Exhibitors agree that this is the pre-eminent opportunity to reach this influential and growing profession.
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics states that employment for PAs will grow 36% faster than any other occupation through 2012.
Can you afford to ignore a market.

- Represented by a single national association?

| Promotional Opportunities For Your Company
|
As AAPA's 34th Annual PA Conference draws near, it's time to start thinking about getting your company name on center stage for all attendees to see!
This year AAPA has some wonderful promotional opportunities for your company. Product banners, the AAPA 5K Fun Run, and Lead Retrieval Badges are just a few ways you can reach more than 8,000 PAs and attract them to your booth.
Back for another year are the Product Theaters! The Product Theaters were very popular in Orlando, with more than 400 PAs attending each Product Theater session. We will offer this great opportunity again in San Francisco. So don't miss this chance to showcase your products to an attentive audience.
The Product Theater is a 45-minute live product demonstration. They will be unopposed during lunchtime. This is a great way to reach up to 400 motivated PAs in a pre-scheduled and widely promoted private session. A Playbill highlighting participating companies' presentations will be distributed to more than 8,000 PAs in their registration bags. Your company will be recognized in all our conference marketing materials and on-site signage.
If you are interested in any of the promotional opportunities we have to offer in San Francisco, please phone me at 703/836-2272, ext. 3405, or e-mail me at pswift@aapa.org.
Thank you. I look forward to seeing you in San Francisco!
