AAPA CONFERENCE PROGRAM DOWNLOADS & INSTRUCTIONS FOR PALM AND POCKET PC:
- This program will take approximately 700K of memory on your palm.
- Your hardware requirements are at minimum a Palm Vx or Palm OS software version 3.5 or greater to view images.
- Be sure to download directly to your PDA and not your memory card.
- If you're not sure how to download and open a .zip file, click here.

- Click here to download "AAPA2008_Final_Palm.zip" to your computer. Treo 600 and Zire z22 users, click here instead to download "AAPA2008_Final_T600.zip"
- When the file has downloaded, open it.
- Drag the files inside the folder "Install these files to your Palm" to PalmOne Quick Install.
- Hotsync your device.
PC/Windows Mobile Users
- Click here to download "AAPA2008_Final_WM.zip" to your computer.
- When the zip file has downloaded, open it and run "AAPA 2008.exe" which is the AAPA Show Guide Installer.
- The installer will guide you through the install process.
Mac/Palm Users

- When the file has downloaded, open it.

Downloading .ZIP File
- Please make sure you have a Zip Utility Program loaded onto your computer so you can extract the information from the .zip file (see below).
- Double-click on the zip file link. A small window should appear on your screen asking whether you want to "view" or "save" the file. Choose save.
WARNING: These are LARGE files and, depending on your internet connection speed, may require an extended time period to download to your computer.
Opening .ZIP File
- Once the .zip file has completely downloaded to your computer you will need a zip utility program to extract the files from the .zip folder.
If you don't already have a zip utility program loaded onto your computer, you can download one for free from PKWare for Windows.
- How you "unzip" the downloaded file depends on what type of .zip file utility you have loaded onto your computer. Many utilities, including the one from PKWare, only require you to right-click on the downloaded .zip file and follow the "extract" instructions. If you're not sure how to extract files using your Zip Utility Program, open the program and click on "Help" to find instructions. For simplicity, extract the contents of the .zip file to your desktop.
