To ensure that all hotel reservations are made in accordance with AAPA requirements, we've created a link from the registration Web site. Take advantage of the convenience and cost savings, and help us to take the best advantage of these excellent negotiations. Remember, only those exhibitors who book their rooms through our official site will earn priority points, which will optimize your booth location at our next conference!
Housing for exhibitors with preferred status opens January 11. Housing for the remaining exhibitors opens February 8.Those companies that picked up 85% or more of their room block as of April 1, 2007, will receive preferred status for housing in the 2008 show.
