Exhibit Hall
- Ribbon-cutting Ceremony: Tuesday, May 31, 9:00 a.m.
- Exhibit hall hours are Tuesday, May 31, and Wednesday, June 1, from
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Exhibit Hall will feature more than 200 companies presenting the
latest medical products and services, career opportunities, advanced
degree programs, and professional services. Visiting the Exhibit Hall
provides an excellent opportunity, in a relaxed environment, to learn
more about the resources available to today's health care professionals.
If you are looking at employment options, you don't want to miss the
Exhibit Hall. Representatives of employment services, large hospital
companies, clinics, and other employers will be there waiting to talk
to you. Convenient concession stands are available for refreshments
and lunch.

As AAPA's 33rd Annual PA Conference draws near, it's time to start thinking about getting your company name on center stage for all attendees to see!
This year AAPA has some wonderful promotional opportunities for your company. Product banners, lanyards, the AAPA 5K Fun Run, and the General Session are just a few ways you can reach more than 8,000 PAs and attract them to your booth.

Also back by popular demand are the Product Theaters! The Product Theaters were the hit of the show in Las Vegas , with more than 400 PAs attending each of 10 Product Theater sessions. We will offer this great opportunity again in Orlando.
The Product Theater is a 45-minute live product demonstration. They will be unopposed during lunchtime. They are a great way to reach up to 400 motivated PAs in a pre-scheduled and widely promoted private session. A Playbill highlighting participating companies' presentations will be distributed to more than 8,000 PAs in their registration bags. Your company will be recognized in all our conference marketing materials and on-site signage.
