Networking

There is no better environment than AAPA's Annual PA Conference to give you the opportunity to interact with thousands of your PA colleagues! Hundreds of non-CME networking events are available during the Annual PA Conference, including alumni reunions, specialty organization receptions/meetings, and chapter events. Whether it is between CME sessions, at official conference evening events, or around town, you'll enjoy speaking with people who also experience the same day-to-day challenges that you do.

i-Communicate

It's never been easier to connect with your fellow conference attendees, old co-workers, and classmates.

will allow you to search the attendee list and send messages to other conference registrants starting December 1. Messages are sent through our secure system so your e-mail address is kept confidential.

Special Function/Space Release

Parties interested in holding a meeting or reception in conjunction with the AAPA's 32nd Annual Physician Assistant Conference must use the Special Function/Space Release Form to request space.

Meeting space during AAPA's conference dates at the Hilton Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Convention Center is being held for AAPA and can only be obtained through AAPA Meeting Services. When reserving space, keep in mind that this year's meeting starts on Tuesday and ends on Sunday; for example, if your meeting is normally scheduled on Saturday, the start of the conference, you'll want to schedule your meeting on Tuesday, June 1.

Use the on-line Special Function/Space Release Form to request space.

If you have any questions regarding holding your event during the AAPA's annual conference, contact Amy Phillips, director, meetings and industry relations, amy@aapa.org
