2004 AAPA Conference - CME Certificate

This site allows you to make a certificate listing the CME sessions that you attended during AAPA's Annual Conference in Las Vegas.

To attain your certificate, first READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS and then click on the link at the bottom of this section.

  1. After clicking on the link at the end of these instructions...
  2. You will be directed to the '2004 AAPA Conference - CME Certificate' page.
  3. Click on the link in the upper right corner of the page that reads '**Click HERE To Log In**'
  4. When the log in page appears, enter your AAPA ID NUMBER and PASSWORD (your last name, case sensitive) then click the 'LOGIN' button.
  5. When the 'Your Conference Schedule' page appears:
    1. In the upper right corner of the page click on the 'Go To Session Search Page' link.
    2. Search by date, CME # or therapeutic category.
    3. Click the "add" button on the left.
    4. After selecting all items on this page, click "Add Items" at the top or bottom of the search screen.
  6. You will be redirected back to the '2004 AAPA Conference - CME Certificate page' page but now there will be a link in the upper right corner that reads 'CME Certificate'. Click on this link to print out your CME Certificate.

2004 Annual Conference Syllabus

To print syllabus materials, go to the 2004 Conference Planner and select the appropriate CME session. Not all presenters have handouts. AAPA posts syllabus materials ( as Adobe Acrobat files This .PDF file must be viewed using Acrobat Reader ) as soon as they are submitted.


AAPA Beaming Station Download Center

This year, AAPA is proud to offer a Palm handheld version of our conference agenda and other important information. You can download the Bluefish.prc program to your PDA before arriving in Las Vegas or at a beaming station onsite. Once on location, simply beam on an AAPA beaming station to download the complete program and receive show updates.

Instructions to Download Palm Guide:

  1. Click HERE to download the self-extracting zip file. Unzip it and load bluefish.prc into your Palm Hot Sync Manager.
  2. Sync your handheld and tap the file called "bluefish". You will see the files decompress. After that, just tap the AAPA icon to see what we have in store for you.

Please note:

  • This program will take 450K of memory on your palm, but you will need up to 750K of memory to decompress the files while downloading
  • Your hardware requirements are at minimum a Palm Vx or Palm OS software version 3.5 or greater to view images

Each year the Annual Conference CME agenda is so full that chances are you are unable to attend everything of interest. To order an audiotape, CD, or MP3 of those sessions you couldn't attend, go to the Sound Images Web-site. An easy way to earn Category II CME credit in your car or at the gym!
