AAPA Policy
The immunization of children and adults against vaccine-preventable diseases is one of the most important medical advances of the 20th century and among the most valuable health care investments that can be made. Read more on Immunizations in Children and Adults policy paper.
AAPA strongly recommends that all physician assistants be appropriately vaccinated per the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practice (ACIP) of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
