The AAPA endorses and supports programs, guidelines and papers that are beneficial to our members and their patients. Criteria for endorsement support strong PA and PA organization input in the development of the papers and programs.
Endorsement Level II
These guidelines are developed by the AAPA, a PA organization alone, or jointly with another organizations with strong PA organization input. AAPA agrees with the guideline and will promote the guideline to members. AAPA will use its name and logo to promote the guideline. These endorsed guidelines become an official part of the Academy documents.
The following program has AAPA’s Endorsement Level II:
Endorsement Level I
These guidelines were developed by non-PA organizations and PAs were involved in the development process. AAPA agrees with the guideline and will promote it to members. The AAPA name and logo may be used to promote the guideline to others.

These guidelines were developed by other organizations without PA involvement. AAPA agrees with the guidelines and promotes them to members.
