Kenneth R. Brady has been at AAPA since 2001 and during that time has utilized his skills to execute high-impact campaigns that have influenced membership and devxeloped innovative non-dues revenue programs such as the creation of The PA Job Link and AAPA's beaming stations at its annual conference. He has a solid record of building membership, creating brands, driving revenues, developing and executing highly effective strategies and managing top-performing teams. He oversees a team consisting of an assistant director of member services, senior manager of membership, senior manager of marketing services, manager of membership, manager of marketing technologies, and a coordinator of membership, marketing & strategic business development.
Brady has over 25 years of health care experience working for profit and not-for-profit hospitals, and as an international business development expert at the American Registry of Pathology and Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. His expertise includes corporate strategic planning facilitation, customer-oriented selling (COS) training, focus group development and leadership, the creation and implementation of branding and advertising campaigns, and internet and E-commerce configuration and marketing.
Brady has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Radford University, School of Business and Economics with an emphasis on psychology and philosophy. He is an avid runner and enjoys travel and scuba diving during his free time.
