The Constituent Organization Management Solutions
What is COMS? The Constituent Organization Management Solutions (COMS) program is a constituent service that is part of the association management arm of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). COMS supports AAPA's constituent organizations by offering solutions to the many services they need to operate on a daily basis. The COMS staff assists organizations to enhance their effectiveness and expand their resources. Membership promotion, administrative support, Web site design, newsletter and publication production, financial management, CME planning. and other valuable services are all available. Constituent organizations may also custom design services by selecting only those needed.
Support The COMS staff helps to define and put into action those solutions that align strategic thinking with constituent organization members and leaders. COMS Staff develops a customized plan for each organization and works closely with constituent organization leadership to achieve their goals. Creative design is essential to an organization’s Web site, newsletters, stationery, brochures, directories, and membership fulfillment material. COMS clients benefit from distinctive, creative expressions of the mission, vision, and image the clients wish to project.
Solutions Our staff is a vital part of the larger, national organization (AAPA) that advocates the ongoing advancement of the physician assistant profession around the world. COMS operates from within the professional environment of this nationally respected association and benefits from the expertise, knowledge, and support of the Academy staff.
